Return and refund policy

Return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After that, no return or refund can be accepted.

Condition of the product

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• be unused, uninstalled and in its original condition

• come with its original packaging, undamaged

• include every accessory, manual and part supplied

Any product that has been installed, sealed with silicone or modified can be neither returned nor refunded.

Return procedure

1. Contact our customer service at the email address shown on your invoice, or through our official website.

2. Wait until you receive the return authorization and the shipping instructions.

3. Pack the product carefully so that it is not damaged in transit.

4. Ship the package to the address provided, at the customer’s expense (except where the error is ours).

Return shipping costs

The shipping costs of returning a product are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return follows an error on our part (defective product, wrong item, missing item).

Refunds

Once the product is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If the return is approved:

• The refund is issued to the original payment method, within 5 to 10 business days.

• The original shipping costs are not refundable, except where the error is ours.

Non-refundable products

• Sale or clearance items.

• Gift cards.

• Products that have been installed, sealed with silicone or show signs of wear.

Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer you a solution: exchange, replacement or refund.
