Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery times vary with the customer’s address and the shipping method chosen. As a guide:

• Quebec and Ontario: 3 to 7 business days

• Rest of Canada: 5 to 10 business days

• United States: 7 to 14 business days

These times are estimates and may vary with the carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on:

• the weight of the package

• the volume of the items

• the destination

Some products or promotions may include free shipping (clearly stated at the time of purchase).

Order tracking

Once the order ships, a tracking number is sent by email. You can follow your package directly on the carrier’s website.

International shipping

We ship to Canada and the United States. For international deliveries (outside North America), please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the available options and the applicable costs.

Delivery delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, for events beyond our control (severe weather, strikes, customs delays) or for an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Damaged or lost package

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

1. Take photographs of the package and of the items received.

2. Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery.

3. We will open a claim with the carrier and find a solution (replacement or refund).
